Wenn feste Partikel dichter als die umgebende Fl\u00fcssigkeit sind, sinken sie nach unten und f\u00fchren zu einer ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen W\u00e4rmeverteilung \u2013 oft als \u201ekaltes Untergeschoss\u201c bezeichnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um eine gleichbleibende Produktqualit\u00e4t zu sichern, m\u00fcssen die Partikel gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig in der Fl\u00fcssigkeit verteilt bleiben. Nur so kann die W\u00e4rme jeden Teil des Produkts vollst\u00e4ndig durchdringen.
